This is an idea by Dove Conviene in collaboration with I plant a tree. And here’s what to do: 1) Post on your blog about this project and say your blog is CO2 neutral. 2) choose a widget, and embed it in a well visible position on your blog 3) write to co2neutral@doveconviene.it with your post’s link 4) a tree will be planted to neutralize your blog’s carbon print.
Here’s why a blog = a tree: according to dr. Alexander Wissner-Gross, environmental activist and physicist in Harvard, a website produces an average of g 0,02 of CO2 for each visit. Assuming 15.000 page views per month, this makes a total of kg 3,6 of CO2 p.a., and this is mainly due to the servers. How much CO2 can a tree absorb? Well, this depends on many factors, however the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) calculates that a tree can absorb an average of kg 10 of CO2 p.a. – let’s conservatively say Kg 5 per tree per year. Well, one tree will ensure your blog 50 years of zero impact. So pls, ACT NOW.

Is so long time I don't update this blog, but I want explain, it is not because I don't care, I'm always a BIG James fan and I always support him, just I have few time.

But sometime I like post here something. So, the last convention where I attended was in Bonn to the Fedcon. It was a so cool and big convention, I had a lot of fun here some cute memory.

James attended to many conventions from that, but across the sea and any is planning for Europe unlucky at this moment.
On his official site you can read about the next conventions, there are many in program until November.
There are many videos on youtube and interviews on line about his last convention at San Diego Comiccon look at James' official facebook for know more.

Carrier news:
- Looks like the character of James in HAWAII FIVE-O,villain Victor Hess, could be a recurring role, just rumors at this moment. For now you can see he for sure him on the pilot episode scheduled to premiere in the US on CBS on Monday, September 20 at 10pm eastern/9pm central.
- James will reprise the role of Brainiac (aka Milton Fine) in the special 200th episode of SMALLVILLE! It is scheduled for release in the US, UK and Australia on November 11 and in Canada on November 16.
- About his role in Caprica we have to wait January 2011 for see the next episode.
- James will be returning to the studio in August to record the narration for the audiobook SIDE JOBS always of Jim Butcher’s DRESDEN FILES. It is scheduled for release in the US, UK and Australia on November 11 and in Canada on November 16.
- And another "voice- role" for James as character of Lex Luthor for Sony Online Entertainment’s interactive game DC UNIVERSE ONLINE, which is scheduled for release on November 2, 2010 in the US and Canada.
- Just I want remember James played a role at L.A. Theatre Works for the play- She Stoops to Conquer- in June.

Hi to everybody. I attended to Love hearts the last week end and I want to spent two words about that. It was a very good event, great organization, good place, pretty atmosphere very kind crew. James played two very good concerts and the reading staged "Love letters" was very touching, I loved it.
James was absolutely fabulous, it's always a pleasure met him.

Fast report_ Hallowhedon

I have few time so I can write just a fast report, with some information and my opinion.

Just back home from hallowhedon, great convention a lot of fun.
James was hurt and he had a lot of pain, he is a really soldier. I suffered for him. Despite his bad conditions, he done the best, was kind and beautiful like always. The last day he looked very tired, especially on the closing ceremony.
He signed autograph and done great photo sessions, was kind and smiling.
Patricia was there, looks like they stay together and happy, I didn't talk with her, but I saw she talked with some fans. In person looks like a very simple girl.
The guest encounter gone very expensive for James and the dinner, if I listened right gone for 1100 pounds, I don't know the girl that won.
The convention was really great,maybe a bit too intense, the first day I was very tired, the second was better.
Great party on the evenings, but I was really tired for to stay there a lot, just took a look for curiosity.
Nicholas and Mark joined with the fans at the party, very lovely and available guys. All the guest were fabulous.
I got some very lovely pictures together James ,and some of him at the talk sessions. I gave to him two t-shirt during the cocktail party. The next day James worn one of mine, the red t-shirt, I' m SOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPYYYYYYYYYYYYY.
I gone to one of the guest encounter with James, was cute but I would like participate more, my bad English and my shy personality put me a block, but I'm happy anyway to see him and listened his stories.
If I understood right, he have to filming on Monday a fight scene, really I don't know like he can do it, poor guy. I really hope he'll take care.

A very bad news now. this weekend is running the Hub 3 convention and James is a guest, but from the official facebook we get a sad news:

To all of those attending The Hub 3 in Birmingham this weekend, unfortunately James will not be able to attend as originally planned. James had a spill on the set and took a bump to the head and was advised by doctors not to fly for a few days. He is resting and feeling much better (although somewhat guilty). He will definitely be able to travel in time for next weekend's Hallowhedon event.

James we hope you get better very soon, take care your head is so precious for all of us, we love you.

PLANNING AHEAD TO 2010! James is to play 'Charles Marlow' in the classic She Stoops to Conquer live onstage as part of the L.A. Theatre Works 2009-2010 season of play readings. She Stoops to Conquer will be presented the week of June 14, 2010 and broadcast at a later date on National Public Radio.

Himber Entertainment is planning a very special event for the weekend of June 19th/20th that will include tickets to the Saturday matinee performance and more for a group of 75. Full details will be released at a later time and we advise those who wish to attend not to finalize travel arrangements for the weekend until timings are announced nearer the date.

For those wishing to purchase tickets only (not attend the 'event' which will include your ticket), the box office will not have tickets available until September 14, 2009.

The Hub 3

October is the month to see James in the UK as he will be appearing as a guest at The Hub 3, an unofficial Torchwood convention in Birmingham. Organised by Massive Events the 3-day event takes place from Friday 23rd through to Sunday 25th October at the Hilton Metropole hotel.

Himber Entertainment can confirm that James will be appearing at Monster Mania, August 21-23 at Cherry Hill, NJ, subject to work commitments. He will be signing autographs ($40) and posing for photographs ($60) on the Saturday and Sunday only. Sales will be on the day and in cash. What prompted you to start a You Tube page with your son Sullivan?
I wanted to introduce Sullivan to fame. I was counting on somebody being rude in the talkbacks, but the comments were all so nice that I don't think I got the lesson I was looking for for my son, which is that fame is a double-edged sword. Right now it just totally looks cool to him and I wish people weren't quite so polite. (laughs)

Luckily in theater we don’t have hecklers. I’ve always felt for comedians because of that. But you cannot stand up and shout Shakespeare sucks because he doesn’t! I usually find myself frustrated by people rustling.

The 100, Rubina's Report

This report is by Rubina, I asked to her to write it because she had a great experience to share with us. So it's Rubina now:

-So we are at the last day with James and I would try to write al least one report so sorry about my bad English:

I spent all the day around London town then I met Giosita and Alessandra to reach Silvia, she was already in the queue at the 100 in Oxford Street after Oxford Circus (I'm going crazy about London's stores).
The local was really strange because it was so as a house, it's hard to explain, anyway the doors opened at the 19:30.
The venue was downstairs, it was small and cute, we found a good view of the stage, Silvia was in front of us.
After 30 minutes Steve appeared on the stage to present our loved James, I can't to explain the big emotion I felt when he appeared on the stage, James wore the t-shirt I bought for him in Trieste my town. I gave him at the Marstersclass event!!! Oh my God, it' a miracle I not collapse in that instant.
James made me so happy, It was a big birthday gift, I can't believe it liked to him!
Silvia looked at me smiling because she recognized the shirt :) By the way James sang all the his popular songs and a new song too, this song is still without a title but he wrote it during the film of "Alien Western", it is really a sweet song, he sang it without his guitar.
The gig is ended with a bounce of clapping, we was so happy because he gave us (and gave me) a big joy.
Unfortunately this was the last event so I can't to hide a small tear, thank you James , see u soon !

Merstersclass 2 May_Jammarst's report

This was a really special event I appreciated it so much.
When I arrived to the local, I made my first horrible figure, better don't say more... (whistling with indifference) I'm clumsy.
I was lucky enough to sit in the first row.
Steve came in the stage and explained the program of the day (kidding with us fans, like he usually does ). The first moment was photo shoot,yeaaaaaaaaah I could hug James :) After a performance of James and Gareth, followed to autograph session, a Q & A session of James and the concert.
I had fun all the day, but I loved especially the performance of James and Gareth. James started explaining what means to be an actor for him, his method and the different way to acting in tv from in theater. He made a very interesting monologue and incredible, in spite of my bad comprehension of English language, I understood all, he talked very slowly and clearly. I loved in particular when he used like metaphor of cooking to explain the acting, in a very interesting way.
I admit I was touched to felt and see in his eyes and in his words, how many love and passion he has for his job.
The performance with Gareth was exhilarating, they played two different scene , one about Buffy and one about Torchwood.(We got the chance to see Spike, He is "alive" yet) They are a fabulous duo.
About the Q & A unfortunately I cannot say so much, I understood just few questions. I was very tired, They were 3 days that I couldn't sleep very well (damn bad hotel) and my mind was in tilt. It's very tiring for me follow a show of many hours in English. But I enjoyed to see James and to take some photos anyway.
After the break for a fast dinner, ( my friends and I, spent very long time before to chose a place...poor my feet, cause I was wearing heel shoes) .
And in the end of the day,we got a fantastic concert. James was in good form and he gave us great emotion.
So, It was a really great day with James and some friend :)

Union Chapel 1 May 2009_ Jammarst's report

I try to write a report about this fabulous concert, please You have to be tolerant with my bad English language.
So, I arrived in London the 30 April and in the hotel I met all my friends, Rubina, Alessandra e Giosita. Was an year ago the last time I saw them, so I was really happy. In the after morning we went together to buy some comics in a big comics shop in London, We walked around the city and after a Pizza we went to the Chapel. It was a long queue already, but we were lucky enough to have a good position to sit into the chapel. I saw some familiar face, Patty (She gave to me an hug from my sweeeeeet Amy thanks you), Sky, Nicky, Lynda, Chris, Silvye and more... It's so cool to meet people from different place.
The union chapel is a great place for a concert, great audio ,soft atmosphere and amazing colors.
The concert started with the supporter group, two talents girls, followed from Gareth that is improved for my opinion.
finally we got to see James, was an year ago the last time I got the chance to see him, and was a really quite a sight :)
James was in top form, he looks so pretty, with his black singlet, very very sexy ;) . He played maybe the best his performance that I saw, all was perfect: voice , guitar, and the audiences was in delirium and him looks very glad.
It was an amazing evening.

A great surprise today, seems that James created a own youtube channel and posted a video with his son Sullivan. It's a so sweet video, father and son plays together a James song about Moonshot in a really serene atmosphere. His son looks so similar to James, same eyes and mouth and passion for the music. I'm very glad that James decided to share this video with his fans :)
