Synopsis: She awakes in a padded room. She can’t remember who she is, where she is or how she got here. Outside of the cell, there is no one. Shadow Puppets is simply scary and effective, keeping you in suspense from beginning to end, thanks to its unique special effects, original premise and many genuine jump-out-of-your-seat moments. The soundtrack and unusual sound effects only add to the sense of terror. Jolene Blalock (Star Trek : Enterprise, Stargate SG1, ), James Marsters (Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Angel, Smallville) and Horror-icon Tony Todd (Candyman, Final Destination, Hatchet) are all excellent. Shadow Puppets, is a real treat for horror fans.

Fans of James Marsters, the former co-star of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, have gotten their knickers in a twist with the "Boxer Rebellion," a mail-in campaign to push for the theatrical release of his latest movie, Shadow Puppets. The gimmick: Fans have mailed in more than 100 pairs of boxer shorts (new, clean ones), a reference both to a scene in the film in which Marsters strips down to his skivvies and to a bit of Buffy trivia that Marsters' character, the vampire Spike, killed a Slayer in China during the Boxer Rebellion.

Michael Winnick, the writer/director of Shadow Puppets, told SCI FI Wire that Shoreline Entertainment, which produced the movie, has received more than 100 pairs of boxers, which are being donated to charity. "I'm still not quite sure how it got started," Winnick said in an interview. "There's a scene in the film where the characters are stripped down to their boxers. James Marsters fans got a kick out of seeing this in the stills and have taken that to a whole new level." Continue...

Is there any information you can share about P.S. I Love You or your part?
It’s the story of a strapping young Irishman and an intelligent, driven New Yorker trying to make it work in Manhattan. Things are complicated when the man dies of cancer but finds ways to stay in contact with his wife after his death. I play the man’s best friend. The driven New Yorker is played by Hilary Swank and the man is played by Gerard Butler, who is currently flexing himself in “300”. Both were fabulous people and made me feel very welcome. Got the following from Michael Winnick today: Hi Tonie, Apologies for taking so long in getting back to you. The world of independent film is a crazy one. But the good news...finally, I have some info for you on Shadow Puppets! The film is closing the Brussels Festival of Fantastic Film (BIFFF) on April 16th!
And thanks to all of the fan support, in early summer, there will be some limited theatrical screenings. I don't know all the details yet, but at the very least the film will play in Los Angeles. And at the end of the summer, there will be a large dvd release.More...
